Medical insurance pays for Lokomat therapy. Lokomat therapy is physical therapy, so medical insurance pays for physical therapy. It's called gait training; we just happen to use a robotic device to help us. Patients aren't charged to use the robotic device as part of their physical therapy, they're just charged for the normal physical therapy hour.
