The best place to start with would be to start with the rehabilitation facility where you had your rehab. So most CARF-accredited rehab facilities who treat people regularly with spinal cord injury have a driving program. So, that would be a place to start with a CARF-accredited center that treats spinal cord injury  or any of the Model Center Spinal Cord Injury Systems.
