The most difficult obstacle, I think, in rehabilitation is facing your fear. I may have mentioned this before, I think fear is our greatest stumbling block, when we're, when we're nestled in fear, we can't really see what's ahead of us. It's kind of like trying to screw on the top of a lid, it's not going on right and you're jamming, and jamming it because you want to make it this way, and nothing can happen until what? You have to release it, you have to pull back and then you can open up. You have to confront that fear, let it go, put it behind you and then walk ahead.
