Remember it’s a hard, hard job—they’re underpaid, they’re driving somewhere for an hour or maybe two hours in car that probably isn’t very good, or they’re taking the bus to get there. And they’re maybe being paid 10 dollars an hour, and it’s hard work and they’re not respected well and they’re in your home, so trying to treat them with respect and appreciate what they do.
