Sometimes it just—and then sometimes it will just come out of nowhere, you’ll have a couple of weeks, a month or so where there is nothing, everything is great. And then one night, you have a weird dream, and then it’s like “I don’t want to live, you know, I just don’t want to wake up. “So, it comes and goes in waves, anything over time gets easier.
