In general public programs that fund healthcare absolutely do not fund in-home modifications. They may fund ramps to get to and from your home as an access issue, so there are some ways to get some public funding. But for the interior, once the basics are done, once you can get through the doors, other modifications like adjusting the kitchen and kitchen shelves and adding roll-in showers, those are not generally funded by public institutions, or programs or insurance companies.
