Physical therapy with spinal cord injury is all about the big movements, movement of the body, movement of the limbs, and getting your from body to point A to point B-whether it’s from a bed to a wheelchair, a wheelchair to a car, whether it’s walking, anything that can be used to move your body around in space. And our job as physical therapists is to teach you how to do that.
